My Book

I have finished writing a self-help book titled “Back Pain: Treat the Cause, Not the Symptom”

The book focuses on the back, and is full of helpful health tips and tricks for the average person. It dispels certain prevalent wrongly held beliefs and myths about health and fitness regarding the back, tells you what you should and should not do, and teaches you simple effective exercises that can be done at home to improve your back.
